Ken is a student of Buddhism, yoga, meditation and life. An impassioned practitioner he began his personal journey to discover a greater sense of his body/mind/spirit connection, while improving his overall state of well-being. Ken’s background is science based as an Exercise Physiologist by formal training as well as being certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 hr YACEP certified instructor, having taught yoga and meditation internationally. Ken’s additional yoga credentials are as a YA certified Yin Yoga instructor and is the lead trainer and co-owner, along with his amazing wife, of Metta School of Yoga which specializes in training future yoga teachers.
